Join impactful initiatives like the campus-wide 21 Days of Sustainability Challenge, encouraging daily sustainable actions leading up to Earth Day. Students participate by picking up litter, recycling, or donating items to extend their use.

Join the Penn State DuBois Benefiting THON club, a thriving campus organization that is driven to fight pediatric cancer. Student leaders organize fundraising events like hair auctions and bingo, ultimately sending multiple participants to the annual 46-hour dance marathon.

Students in the wildlife technology program collect vital animal data that contributes to global studies. One collection is Project Owlnet, an international initiative monitoring northern saw-whet owl populations. These owls, Pennsylvania's smallest, are no larger than a soda can.

Penn State DuBois students not only excel in the classroom but also actively contribute to our local communities, nation, and world. They have collectively volunteered over 10,000 hours and raised over $30,000 for charities near campus and beyond.

Students engage in transformative service-learning experiences, with recent trips to places like Puerto Rico and Kentucky. These undertakings contribute to disaster relief, environmental restoration, and community recovery projects, fostering personal growth and leadership skills.

The PAWS Co-Op Program at Penn State DuBois pairs students with industry partners early in their academic journey, providing valuable work experience alongside their degrees.

From day one, you'll have a dedicated success team. The Center for Undergraduate Excellence provides tutoring and academic support to help you thrive in the classroom, and our strong industry relationships offer exciting internship opportunities to gain real-world experience alongside professionals in your field.
