UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State's Spring 2022 Housing Fair will take place in Alumni Hall in the HUB-Robeson Center at University Park from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Feb. 5. No registration for the in-person fair is needed. A virtual fair will take place from 2-4 p.m. on Feb. 9. Register now to attend the virtual fair.

Information about on- and off-campus housing options at University Park will be available at both fairs. Many vendors will offer swag, discounts, incentives or prize drawings to fair attendees. Attendees will be able to talk with both on- and off-campus housing representatives about their options and decide which best fits their needs.

Students can explore a list of factors to consider when deciding where to live, including cost, location and amenities through the on-campus versus off-campus housing website.

Both fairs are open to anyone interested in housing near University Park, including students, parents, families, faculty and staff.

Penn State Student Affair’s Student Legal Services office offers free lease reviews to University Park students, giving students the opportunity to review the lease terms with an attorney before signing. Students may schedule an appointment or attend drop-in hours.

The Office of Off-Campus Student Support, a unit of Student Affairs, sponsors the Housing Fairs and manages a housing classifieds website with information about local housing options and related resources. Send an email to offcampus@psu.edu with questions.
