UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Corey Phelps officially assumes the role of John and Karen Arnold Dean of Smeal today (July 15). He comes to Penn State from the University of Oklahoma, where he was dean of the Michael F. Price College of Business, Fred E. Brown Chair of Business and professor of entrepreneurship and strategy.
Selected following a national search, Phelps succeeds Charles H. Whiteman, who retired on June 30 after 12 years in the role.
