UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) at Penn State University has announced the addition of four new members to its advisory board.
Adm. Cecil Haney (U.S. Navy, retired), former commander, United States Strategic Command; Adm. Craig Faller (U.S. Navy, retired), former commander, United States Southern Command; The Honorable Ellen McCarthy, former assistant secretary of state for the Bureau of Intelligence and Research; and Stephen Trautman, former deputy director of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion program, have agreed to serve on ARL’s advisory board.
“We are fortunate to have such strong, strategic leaders joining our advisory board,” said Allan Sonsteby, ARL executive director. “The addition of these leaders will broaden our collective experiences and position ARL to support our nation into the future.”
