UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps saw 38 of its own commission as officers into the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps at a ceremony on May 16 at Eisenhower Auditorium at the University Park campus.
New ensigns and second lieutenants took their oath of office then were joined by friends and family for a formal “pinning” ceremony of their new rank insignia on their uniforms.
