UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Sokolov-Miller Family Financial and Life Skills Center at Penn State will offer webinars on life after graduation on April 5 and salary negotiation on April 19.

The noon webinar on April 5 will help students during their transition after college. Attendees can learn about tying up financial loose ends from college, accepting employment and what to watch for, the 10 financial literacy principles to know, factoring their financial future into current plans, and strategies for reaching financial freedom and security.

On April 19, the noon webinar on salary negotiation will cover how to prepare effectively, how salary negotiation covers the pay gap, how to do market-based research, salary negotiation techniques, and how to apply that knowledge in practice.

Self-study modules for all webinars are available here from “MoneyCounts: A Penn State Financial Literacy Series.”
