Penn State College of Medicine’s annual Mini-Medical School is designed for an educated lay audience with the intent of helping members of the general public understand basic science, medical research and clinical applications. There are two one-hour presentations each evening including question and answer sessions that present information on related topics around a central theme for the evening.
The audience for this program includes high school and college teachers, students interested in careers in medicine, retirees and others. This series is a unique opportunity for the public to interact directly and openly with physicians and researchers at Penn State Hershey.
