LaunchBox and Innovation Network to host Grow with Google workshops

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — This fall, the Invent Penn State LaunchBox and Innovation Network will host Grow with Google workshops, which will teach businesses best practices for Google products. Topics will include creating search-friendly websites, using YouTube to grow business results, and managing business information across Google Search and Maps.

All workshops are virtual, no cost, and open to the public and Penn State community.

“Grow with Google workshop attendees will gain valuable insight into how they can leverage online resources to grow their business and market products,” said Annie Hughes, statewide coordinator of the LaunchBox and Innovation Network. “Our 21 statewide locations provide essential startup support services, and we’re proud to partner with Google to offer these workshops providing actionable advice that can help Pennsylvania businesses grow.”

Additional Grow with Google workshops

The LaunchBox and Innovation Network is planning to host additional Grow with Google workshops, including “Launch your business with customer-focused marketing” with co-sponsors Altoona LaunchBox and Great Valley LaunchBox in early 2023. More details on this workshop will be released later this fall.

About the LaunchBox and Innovation Network

The LaunchBox and Innovation Network is comprised of 21 innovation spaces embedded within Commonwealth Campus communities across the state. Each innovation space provides a wide array of no-cost resources needed by entrepreneurs and innovators. Since 2015, the network has assisted nearly 5,000 entrepreneurs and graduated 464 startups from its programs.
