PSUbuy replaces Shop OnLion

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.— Penn State updated its procurement processes today (Nov. 12) with the implementation of PSUbuy. The new procure-to-pay system replaces Shop OnLion.

PSUbuy aims to improve efficiency, user experience and navigation. Like Shop OnLion, it will be part of the SIMBA environment. Credentialed Penn State employees will be able to access PSUbuy through SIMBA tiles.

Shoppers are required to complete live or web-based training to gain access to PSUbuy. Web-based training courses are available on the Learning Resource Network (LRN).

The following resources can help you get set up with PSUbuy:

  • Training, Quick Reference and Step Action Guides
These resources can be accessed on the LRN PSUbuy Landing Page or the PSUbuy Change Network Microsoft Team’s Channel. Consider bookmarking these resources for quick access.

  • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Have questions? The FAQ resource covers common queries and troubleshooting tips.

  • PSU Change Network Microsoft Teams Channel

Remember to tag “@support – PSUBUY” so the support team is notified. The channel will be monitored during regular business hours and questions will be addressed as quickly as possible. If questions require escalation, you may be directed to virtual Office Hours, or a ServiceNow Ticket may be submitted on your behalf.
