Penn State Fayette hosts hands-on educational youth summer programs

LEMONT FURNACE, Pa. — The Office of Outreach and Continuing Education at Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus, is hosting summer youth programs throughout July, providing fun and educational experiences.

Programming is located on the 100-acre campus with beautiful landscaping and modern facilities that create a stimulating environment for children and teens. Highly qualified instructors create hands-on activities to deliver fun and educational experiences. Lunch is provided to all participants.

Programming for grades 1-3

Carnival Craze: Explore the physics behind carnival rides and engage in STEM activities. Enjoy a mix of games, arts, and crafts with a carnival theme. July 8-12, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost: $189. Register for Carnival Craze.

A Summer in the Shark Tank: Dive into entrepreneurship with Penn State’s version of “Shark Tank.” Students design a product or service and develop a business pitch, exploring entrepreneurial roles and engaging with industry professionals.
