UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. -- Nearly one-third of Pennsylvania’s children are overweight or obese, with rates tripling in the last 30 years. Penn State Extension will offer the Let’s Move! Pennsylvania conference from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8, at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel to help families, communities and schools work together in solving the challenge of childhood obesity.
