HERSHEY, Pa. — On Tuesday, March 11, the Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center campus was transformed into a dazzling display of lights as more than 100 vehicles from over 70 organizations converged for the annual “Light Up the Night” event. This heartwarming initiative aimed to uplift the spirits of patients and families at Penn State Health Children’s Hospital.
The night sky was filled with the vibrant flashing lights of law enforcement, emergency medical services and fire agencies from across central Pennsylvania. Participants included a diverse array of organizations, such as towing companies, the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, Derry Township Police Department, Pennsylvania State Police and Penn State Health Life Lion.
