College of Health and Human Development names summer 2024 college marshal

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Adrianna Sabbagh, daughter of Nabil Sabbagh and Rita Moussa, of Dubai, will serve as the college marshal for the College of Health and Human Development at Penn State’s summer 2024 commencement ceremony on Aug. 10.

Sabbagh will graduate with a bachelor’s degree in biobehavioral health. Sabbagh served as an undergraduate teaching and research assistant for the Department of Biobehavioral Health and was a volunteer and mentor for Smart Track to Success, a program that supports new World Campus students with tools and resources to successfully navigate their online academic journey.

She was a recipient of the President’s Freshman Award, the President Sparks Award, and the Evan Pugh Scholar Award, in both junior and senior years.

After graduation, Sabbagh plans to continue contributing to the field of biobehavioral health by working in health promotion, education or research.
