MIDDLETOWN, Pa. – Penn State Harrisburg School of Humanities will present its spring concert titled “Summer” on Wednesday and Thursday, March 23 and 24 at 7 p.m. in the Mukund S. Kulkarni Theatre in the Student Enrichment Center.
