MIDDLETOWN, Pa. — Penn State Harrisburg hosted its spring 2024 commencement ceremony on May 4 to mark the Class of 2024’s completion of their academic experience and to recognize their many accomplishments. The ceremony was held at the Giant Center in Hershey.
Penn State alumnus and the first Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Chief Diversity Officer Norman Bristol Colón served as keynote speaker at the ceremony. Ashon Calhoun, of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, who received a bachelor of arts in communications degree at the ceremony, served as student speaker for the event.
Student marshals for the ceremony included: Greg Jacobs (School of Behavioral Sciences and Education), Conner Breitenbach (School of Business Administration), Ashon Calhoun (School of Humanities), Kayla Clare (School of Public Affairs), Tracy Kinzer (School of Science, Engineering and Technology) and Sukaynah Al Haji (Graduate Studies)
