UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Education Abroad will host Education Abroad Virtual 101 Session to provide interested students more information on applying to study abroad at Penn State and program options approved by the University.
One attendee will win a $500 scholarship. Pre-registration is required to attend this session.
The event will take place via Zoom webinar on Wednesday, Jan. 15, from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. Students from any Penn State campus are encouraged to join. Registration is mandatory and accessible from the Education Abroad Virtual 101 Session webpage.
Penn State’s education abroad advisers will present the information and embed time at the end of the session for student Q&A. Topics covered will include choosing a program; navigating the Education Abroad website; costs, funding, and scholarships; and academic requirements.
The student winner of the $500 scholarship may use the reward toward any Penn State-approved education abroad program in any academic term.
