UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Faculty, staff, postdoctoral researchers and graduate students are invited to serve as volunteer judges for the 2025 Graduate Exhibition, taking place March 28 on Penn State's University Park campus. This annual event showcases innovative research and creative scholarship from Penn State graduate students and gives graduate students experience honing their communication skills.
No special expertise is needed to serve as a judge — just an interest in engaging with emerging research and creative scholarship. Judges provide valuable feedback to participants and assess presentations using a simple rubric. Top-performing students will receive monetary awards of up to $1,000.
Judging opportunities include:
- Poster and Visual Arts Presentations: 1-4 p.m. at the HUB-Robeson Center.
- Performance Evaluations: 7-9 p.m. at Recital Hall, Music Building.
Community members interested in serving as judges must register by March 24. For more details and registration, visit the Graduate Exhibition website.
