UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The 2023 Values, Ethics and Compliance training will be released beginning on Tuesday, March 28, as part of Penn State’s compliance training plan. All employees, both full and part time, as well as graduate assistants and graduate fellows are required to complete this annual training by May 15.
The annual training is designed to share practical information that employees can apply to their day-to-day work in a manner consistent with the Penn State Values. As in previous years, employees will need to complete the annual compliance training in order to be eligible for any general salary increase (GSI), if applicable.
Beginning on March 28, a direct link will be distributed to those required to take the training by the University’s Learning Resource Network (LRN). Individuals will receive reminder notifications to complete the training before the deadline, with a copy to their supervisors to remain aware of the individual’s status.
A full listing of globally required compliance training, along with recommendations for supervisors regarding consequences for noncompliance, can be found on the Office of Ethics and Compliance website.
Employees can email psoec@psu.edu with questions about the Values, Ethics and Compliance training.
