UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State faculty and staff are eligible to participate in an on-campus meal plan, announced by Housing and Food Services. Effective Feb. 1, faculty and staff can now add LionCash to their id+ card for discounted meals at dining locations across the commonwealth.

Faculty and staff using LionCash will receive a special door price at all-you-care-to-eat dining locations, specifically at the University Park and Behrend campuses. To receive the discount, staff and faculty must mention their meal plan to cashiers prior to LionCash payment. Faculty and staff also will receive a 10% discount at participating retail dining locations and eligible products across the commonwealth.

LionCash does not expire and remains on an employee’s id+ card while employed by Penn State. Adding LionCash to an id+ card is simple and can be done via credit card or payroll deduction. In addition, LionCash can be managed via the Penn State Go app where faculty, staff and students can place mobile retail dining food orders via the "Dining" button and Penn State Eats.

LionCash also can be conveniently used at numerous off-campus merchants. For more information about LionCash, visit the id+ card website.
