UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Penn State College of Engineering has named its student marshals for the spring 2023 commencement ceremony. One student is selected to represent each of the 14 majors associated with the college and the Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) program.
Student marshals are selected for their outstanding academic achievement and contributions to engineering student life. They will lead the procession of the graduates from their major into the commencement ceremony, which will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 5, in the Bryce Jordan Center at University Park campus.
“Our student marshals are enterprising and accomplished, selected from a large pool of impressive undergraduate students,” said Anthony Atchley, acting dean of the College of Engineering. “We are confident each one will go on to represent Penn State well in their future professional endeavors.”
