UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — "College of Education Alumni Updates" highlights career achievements by Penn State College of Education alumni.
Gabriella Achampong, a juris doctor candidate at Harvard Law School, co-authored a book chapter with Erica Frankenberg, professor of education and demography, “Voluntary Integration as a Legacy of Brown: Promise and Challenge” in “Reimagining School Integration: Possibilities for the Future.”
Achampong is a 2024 graduate of the Penn State College of Education with a bachelor of science degree in education and public policy and was a student marshal. At Harvard Law School, Achampong is focusing on civil rights in education. She also is a member of the fourth cohort of NAACP Legal Defense Fund Marshall-Motley Scholars.
