DUBOIS, Pa. — A new selection of classes for real estate professionals offered at Penn State DuBois this spring will help individuals stay on top of their field, while fulfilling continuing education licensure requirements. This is the first time these classes will be offered at Penn State DuBois, providing local professionals with an option to further their expertise through classes that are held close to home.
The one-day classes include: "Legal Updates for Realtors: TRID to Crime to Hauntings" on March 7; "Advanced Negotiating Skills for Real Estate Professionals" on April 4; and "Twelve Costly Commercial Investment Mistakes That Agents Should Avoid" on May 2. All classes will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Room 209 of the DEF Building at Penn State DuBois.
All classes will be taught by Barry Hoy, who has five decades of real estate experience and 25 years of experience as a real estate instructor.
