      Fall athletics underway at Penn State DuBois; home contests upcoming

      DuBOIS, Pa. — Fall athletics are underway at Penn State DuBois, with many teams already competing within the Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference, including men’s cross-country, women’s cross-country, co-ed golf and women’s volleyball. In the next several weeks, the Nittany Lions and Lady Lions teams will both be in action at home during the fall semester.

      The home athletic contest schedule includes:

      Women’s volleyball

      • Sept. 21 vs. Penn State Shenango
      • Sept. 25 vs. Penn State New Kensington
      • Oct. 2 vs. Penn State Greater Allegheny
      • Oct. 5 vs. Penn State Fayette and Cincinnati Clermont
      • Oct. 19 vs. Penn State Beaver

      The baseball and softball teams at Penn State DuBois also will see action during the fall for a limited schedule. Home games for these teams include:

      Baseball

      • Sept. 28 vs. Jamestown Community College
      • Oct. 5 vs. Clarion University

      Softball

      • Sept. 28 vs. Penn State Altoona
