UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State University Police is investigating a report of criminal trespass and criminal mischief at a construction site on Park Avenue at Porter Road near Beaver Stadium.

Between 2:51 a.m. and 3:06 a.m. on Monday, July 12, the suspect trespassed onto a fenced-off construction site at Beaver Stadium and broke a glass door on a bulldozer. The suspect was last seen around 3:40 a.m. walking through North Halls crossing Park Avenue.
