UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State students at University Park are invited to celebrate the return to campus with the Blue & White Society at its tailgate BASH, scheduled for noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 3.
Free food, games and more will be available for those who drop by the Hintz Family Alumni Center to attend BASH. While there, students also can learn more about how getting involved with the Alumni Association even before they graduate can have big benefits.
“As members, students have the chance to connect with Penn State alumni, attend professional development events, become student leaders, and much more,” said Blue & White Society President Rusham Katoch. “We invite all students to learn more and join at BASH.”
The Blue & White Society is the Alumni Association’s student arm, and the start of a new semester is the perfect time to join. Students can get two years of membership for $15 or four years for $30.
Current Blue & White Society members also can pick up an exclusive gift at BASH.
The Alumni Association is proud to support this event to help students connect with fellow Penn Staters and help first-year Nittany Lions become familiar with one of the largest organizations on campus. BASH is sponsored by the University Park Allocation Committee.
