UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Health Promotion & Wellness and Student Engagement Programs, both departments within Penn State Student Affairs, are offering an expanded digital resource adapted from the "Mindful Making" self-care toolkit that was released last March.
The new "Mindful Making" website offers a collection of resources, including guided videos, journal prompts and breathing exercises, as well as a variety of other activities, for students and others who are interested in supporting their health and well-being through mindfulness practices.
The site introduces the following mindfulness strategies and resources to assist participants in practicing these techniques:
- meditation
- mindful art
- mindful eating
- mindful movement
- mindful writing
New resources will be added periodically.
