UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Student Affairs and Campus Recreation have announced that the McCoy Natatorium outdoor pool at University Park will remain closed indefinitely for maintenance and repairs.

Work on the pool began in June to address repairs that were identified in a facility assessment that was conducted during the winter and early spring. These repairs include the mechanical room, the pool surface itself, and structural maintenance on the dive tower.

While it is anticipated that the outdoor pool will be closed for the remainder of the summer, Campus Recreation will provide updates and a timeline for the pool's reopening as the project progresses.

The indoor pools at the McCoy Natatorium remain open to all students, Campus Recreation members, and their guests. To learn more about available pool times, visit https://studentaffairs.psu.edu/campusrec/aquatics.
