UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — All Penn Staters are invited to commemorate Penn State’s birthday with the Lion Ambassadors during their two Founders' Day events this Thursday, Feb. 22.

Stop by the HUB Robeson Center to celebrate Penn State’s birthday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., for blue-and-white cupcakes and some fun birthday games for Dear Old State. Then, from 6 to 8 p.m., stop by the Hintz Family Alumni Center and experience "For the Story: A Celebration of Penn State History," featuring a display of historic collections representing a multitude of student organizations and university entities.

Be sure to dress up and be ready for an elegant affair filled with food, history and Penn State pride.

The Penn State Lion Ambassadors are the student alumni corps of the Penn State Alumni Association, who aim to communicate the University’s history, personality and traditions to students, alumni and friends through tours and programming. Founded in 1982, the Lion Ambassadors serve as an important facet of student outreach for the Alumni Association.
