Bike Den to host free bike safety 101 workshop Wednesday, April 19

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State students, faculty, staff, and local community members (ages 18 and older), are encouraged to attend a free bike safety 101 workshop on Wednesday, April 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Bike Den.

This workshop will teach participants the rules of the road and bike safety skills before bringing the group outside to a beginner-friendly practice course to practice.

All participants must bring a bike and helmet to participate. Participants will receive a free pair of Penn State bike lights.

Preregistration is required by 5 p.m. April 19 and can be done online at https://transportation.psu.edu/bike-workshops.
