UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Movin’ On, Penn State’s annual student-run music festival showcasing a variety of performing artists to celebrate the yearly send-off of graduating seniors, presents a full lineup at the Intramural (IM) Fields on May 2. The lineup includes headliner All-American Rejects, Pusha T, and Baby Tate, as well as Claire Rosinkranz, the Student Programming Association’s (SPA) sponsored act, and Battle 2025-winner Fez.

Celebrating its 50th year, Movin’ On is an 18+ music festival for all Penn State students, and continues to provide the festival free of charge.

Taking the stage first will be the winner of Battle, a competition where Penn State student performers vie for the opening slot at the festival. The winner of Battle 2025 was Fez, a dynamic band blending diverse influences into their signature “scuba rock” sound. The group features Xavier Hons, a third-year music technology student, Jimmy Connely, a fourth-year computer engineering student, and Max Hill, a third-year music student at Lycoming College. Their stage presence is just as bold as their sound — donning red robes and Fez hats, inspired by theatrical bands like Devo and the Mummies.

Next, Claire Rosinkranz, presented by SPA, will take the stage. Rosinkranz is a California-born singer-songwriter who signed with Republic Records in 2020 at just 16 years old. She has been making music since the age of eight, often collaborating with her father. Rosinkranz gained widespread recognition in 2020 with her breakout single “Backyard Boy” from her debut EP "BeVerly Hills BoYfRiEnd." Some of her other notable songs include “don’t miss me,” “Frankenstein,” and “Hotel.”

Following these acts, Baby Tate will take the stage. Baby Tate is an Atlanta-based rapper, singer, songwriter, and producer who has built a reputation for her bold, genre-blending sound and dynamic performances. She gained widespread recognition with her viral single "I Am" and her EP "After the Rain."

Just in time for sunset, Movin’ On 2025 will continue with Pusha T, who is known for his razor-sharp wordplay and unfiltered storytelling. Pusha T debuted on Kanye West’s "My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy" with his feature on “Runaway,” which he premiered live with Kanye at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. His solo career took off with the release of "My Name Is My Name" in 2013, followed by several critically acclaimed albums. With two Grammy nominations for Best Rap Album and four nominations overall, Pusha T continues to shape the landscape of hip-hop with his high-energy performances and signature intensity.

The All-American Rejects will cap off the night. With a career spanning over two decades, the All-American Rejects, or AAR, remain a defining presence in rock music, known for their high-energy performances and enduring anthems. The group consists of lead vocalist and bassist Tyson Ritter, guitarist Nick Wheeler, rhythm guitarist Mike Kennerty and drummer Chris Gaylor. They rose to prominence with their 2002 self-titled debut album, featuring the breakout hit "Swing, Swing." Over the years, the band has continued to evolve while maintaining their signature sound, with their latest single, a cover of Flagpole Sitta, in 2024.
