UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Seven productions by Penn State communications students — several television shows, one audio event, a podcast and a short video — earned top-three finishes in the nationwide competition conducted by the College Media Association.
The entries from students in the Donald P. Bellisario College of Communications were included in the large-school division of competitors for CMA Pinnacle Awards.
The Penn State award winners were:

The College Media Association serves student media pros, staffs and programs with education, research and resources. The organization, with more than 600 colleges and universities as members nationwide, communicates and works with professional media organizations and education associations on the local, state and national levels.
