The Penn State Beaver Athletic Department and the Office of Continuing Education will offer a Girls’ Basketball Clinic from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 2. The program is open to girls in grades three through eight. The fee is $25 and includes a clinic T-shirt. Attendees are also invited to watch the Beaver campus women’s basketball team practice in the gym from 10 to 11 a.m.
Tim Moore, head coach of Beaver’s women’s basketball team, will instruct participants in the fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding and defense, and will discuss what it takes to be a successful student-athlete.
