Beaver men’s basketball team headed to USCAA Championship

Despite a recent loss to Penn State Mont Alto, Penn State Beaver's men's basketball team moves into this week’s United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) National Tournament hosted by Penn State Fayette.

On Saturday, Feb. 22, No. 2 seed Mont Alto hosted and defeated No. 3 seed Beaver, 90-84. The Beaver Nittany Lions ended their season at 14-4 in the PSUAC and 19-7 overall with a perfect home record of 11-0. Marcess Williams, campus admissions counselor at Penn State Beaver, is the team’s head coach.

On Wednesday, March 5, No. 8 seed Penn State Beaver will go up against No. 9 seed Berkeley College at 6 p.m. in Fayette’s Community Center.
