Alumni Council nominations to close Jan. 15

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Alumni Association members who are interested in being elected to Alumni Council can now apply for ballot consideration. Interested individuals can be self-nominated or be nominated by a third party.

Completed nomination forms are due on or before Jan. 15, 2023. The council’s Nominating Committee will review nominations and select and report a slate of candidates for the annual election in the spring. Alumni members of the Alumni Association are eligible to vote in the annual election, which will take place online in May 2023.

Alumni Council is the all-volunteer governing body that advises and guides the Penn State Alumni Association on programs and initiatives, and helps to shape and influence the policies and direction of the Alumni Association.
