UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — The Penn State Alumni Association will continue its long-standing partnership with the College of Arts and Architecture to host the 2024 President’s Concert. The concert will feature talented students from the School of Music and is set for Saturday, March 23, at the Pullo Center in York. The concert will begin at 7:30 p.m., with a reception preceding the performance at 6 p.m.
Penn Staters can register for the concert and reception, with registration including reserved seating for the concert. Alumni Association members are receiving the first opportunity to sign up, and at a discounted member price.
Registration for the President's Concert, including the reception and reserved seating for the concert, is $25 for Penn State Alumni Association members or $40 for nonmembers. Nonmembers who join when they register will receive 50% off a full year of membership along with the discounted rate for this event.
The concert will feature Centre Dimensions, the Penn State Glee Club, and the Percussion Ensemble. This event is sponsored jointly by the Office of the President, the Penn State Alumni Association, the Penn State School of Music, and Murphy and Dittenhafer Architects.
For nearly two decades, the Alumni Association and College of Arts and Architecture have partnered to showcase student performers during the annual President’s Concert. Previously, the event has taken place in New York City; Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia; Harrisburg; and Pittsburgh — areas where a significant number of Penn State alumni live and work.
Immediately before the concert, the Alumni Association hosts a paid reception and provides special seating for the attendees. Click here to view photos from last year’s President’s Concert, held in Pittsburgh.
