Altoona to present ‘Flights of Fancy, and Other Modes of Transportation’

ALTOONA, Pa. —  The production “Flights of Fancy, and Other Modes of Transportation” will take place at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 23 to 25 in the Wolf Kuhn Theatre of the Misciagna Family Center for Performing Arts at Penn State Altoona.

Singers and dancers populate this landscape, which follows a trajectory of dreams where illusion and reality may meet.

The Pines, a local band, provides the music for this performance. Artists and designers from Penn State Altoona include Mark Williams, emerging artist in theatre design; Sophie Brenneman, assistant teaching professor of visual arts; Bonnie Cutsforth-Huber, professor of music; KT Huckabee, teaching professor of dance; and William Kenyon, associate professor of lighting.
