UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State Commonwealth Campus employees and students are invited to attend an upcoming meeting hosted by Penn State President Neeli Bendapudi, Vice President for Commonwealth Campuses and Executive Chancellor Margo DelliCarpini, and other University leaders on April 24. Following the release of Penn State’s road map, the meeting will provide an additional opportunity for dialogue and Q&A focused on the transformation of the University and efforts to support the development of sustainable plans and strategies for the Commonwealth Campuses.

The meeting will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 24 at Penn State Altoona and will be available for members of all Commonwealth Campuses to participate virtually. To help guide the conversation, there will be an opportunity to ask questions live during the session, in addition to submitting questions anonymously in advance using this form. While the conversation will be geared toward employees, students are welcome to tune in.

The conversation will build upon the discussions DelliCarpini has been hosting across the campuses over the past month.

“As we continue to outline steps forward for our campuses and plan for the future, I want to provide an opportunity for continued conversation and for campus community members to ask questions around the steps underway to create a sustainable model for Penn State that prioritizes our mission of providing an accessible world-class education,” Bendapudi said. “While we may not yet have answers to every question, we are working through many scenarios and decisions, and I hope this can be an opportunity to shed light on some of this work. Though we are visiting one campus for this conversation, I also look forward to further opportunities to engage in ongoing dialogue.”
