UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — This summer, select online General Education courses are being offered at a special rate. Students interested in making the most of their summer and registering for one of these select courses can view a list of offerings at summer.psu.edu.
Summer classes at Penn State University Park occur in three different sessions, allowing students to work toward their degree while providing flexibility to account for summer plans.
Registration for Penn State summer session is open and students are encouraged to register early to secure a spot in their preferred class. To view the listing of courses offered, search LionPath with the term set to “Summer.”
With more than 300 General Education courses, summer sessions are beneficial to students from any academic college. It is recommended that students check with an adviser to clarify which courses are best for their degree path. Taking classes in the summer can help students earn credits towards a minor, stay on track for graduation, or get ahead on degree requirements.

First six-week summer session dates:

- Final exams held Aug. 11
