UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — Penn State’s School of Public Policy will host a series of webinars this semester about the Master of Public Policy (MPP) program. Prospective students can join any of the three “Master of Public Policy Info Sessions” taking place at noon on Tuesday, Sept. 22, Thursday, Oct. 22, or Wednesday, Nov. 18.

Stephen Moczydlowski, enrollment and advising manager for the school, will provide an overview of the MPP program during each webinar. The presentations will focus on curriculum, career opportunities and earning potential for graduates, the application process, options for Penn State undergraduates, life at Penn State, and program requirements. Current MPP students and faculty will also be invited to share their experiences about the program. The live sessions will last 60 minutes and include time for questions from attendees.

“Hearing why our students chose to pursue their MPP degree, feedback on the internship, and plans for careers are important perspectives for prospective students. It’s one thing for them to speak with advisers, but I think they really connect with our students during these events. The webinars give attendees the opportunity to speak with current students about their individual plans and thoughts about the MPP and Penn State experience,” Moczydlowski said.

Online registration is required; the streaming link will be provided upon registration. To learn more about Penn State’s School of Public Policy, visit publicpolicy.psu.edu or email publicpolicy@psu.edu.
